The short answer

Feeld is a large, established app for open-minded people, with a big global community. It is a strong choice if you want the widest pool of people, especially in major cities. Blend is a much newer and much smaller app built specifically for ethical non-monogamy, with linked partner and group profiles, end-to-end encrypted chat, games and events. Plenty of people use both.

Where Feeld shines

Feeld has been around far longer than Blend and has a large community: its website says 14M+ people, and its Android app has more than 5 million downloads on Google Play. In big cities especially, that usually means more people to meet.

Feeld also gives you many ways to describe yourself. Its store listings mention around 20 gender identities and 20 sexualities, and you can add Desires to show what you are into. You can link profiles with up to five other people and flirt in group chats. On safety, Feeld lists biometric identity verification, screenshot protection for images in chat, optional blurring of explicit images and a 24/7 global safety team. It says it is always ad-free, and it has native apps for both iPhone and Android.

Where Blend is different

Blend is built only for ethical non-monogamy, so relationship structure sits at the centre of every profile, alongside what you are looking for and your boundaries. Couples and polycules can link partners with consent and create profiles they manage together. One-to-one and group messages are end-to-end encrypted.

Blend also leans into community. There are icebreaker games like Truth or Dare, Two Truths & a Lie, Would You Rather and Question Roulette, the Hot Partner Challenge for linked partners, and ENM events where hosts can run a game on a big screen that guests join with a QR code. Safety tools include date plans with check-ins, emergency contacts, vouches from people you have met and a visible trust score.

Where Blend is newer or smaller

Blend launched in 2026 and is made by a small team in Ottawa, Canada. Its community is far smaller than Feeld’s, so depending on where you live you may see many fewer profiles. On iPhone, Blend is a web app you add to your Home Screen rather than an App Store download (here is how). Feeld has native apps on both platforms.

Pricing

Both apps are free to start. Feeld says Majestic pricing varies by location; on the US App Store it is listed at $29.99 for 30 days, $49.99 for 90 days and $149.99 for a year, and single Pings are sold from $2.99. Feeld also says the app is fully functional without a subscription. Blend is free to use, and optional Blend Premium adds incognito mode, advanced filters, priority likes, a monthly boost and rewind.

Who each app suits best

• Feeld suits you if you want the biggest pool of open-minded people, live in or near a large city, or want a native iPhone app today.
• Blend suits you if you want a space made only for ENM, date as a couple or polycule and want those connections visible, value end-to-end encrypted group chat, or want games and events that help you meet people in real life.
